Qbox is Quantum Machines’ fully shielded breakout box, extending the cryostat’s Faraday cage from a 24-pin Fischer connector to a standard 24-channel BNC panel.
Every channel carries a minimum isolation of 17 GΩ to ground, tested at 100 V, and all internal wiring runs in twisted pairs for noise immunity. Individual switches let each channel connect directly to ground or to a shared common bus, which simplifies ESD-sensitive, multi-terminal device measurements considerably. Qbox is available in two port-numbering versions (1 to 24 and 25 to 48) and fits a standard 19-inch rack at 4U.

Qbox is Quantum Machines’ fully shielded breakout box, extending the cryostat’s Faraday cage from a 24-pin Fischer connector to a standard 24-channel BNC panel. It gives labs a clean, low-noise bridge between the cryostat and rack-mounted instruments, without exposing sensitive signal lines along the way.
