Can I get any model listed on the Low Noise Factory website?
Yes, all models can be sold and delivered in India. Some of the models do require a self-declared end user declaration. Please write to us, and we’ll be able to help you with the same.
What are the delivery timelines for this?
Usually between 8 to 12 weeks depending on the product requested.
If I have additional requests on the product, will you be able to accommodate?
We cannot customize any of the products, however additional magnetic shielding can be provided if needed.
Will Globetek help me source other related components for my deep space/quantum computing project?
Yes, please share your requirements and we will do our best to source and support you in your endeavor.
Do you provide after sales support?
Yes.
Where can I get a spec sheet for the LNA?
We can help you with that. Please let us know your application or specify your model of interest with quantities needed, and we can share the right spec sheet with you.
What's the process to place an order with Globetek?
The process is simple and straightforward. Once the right model has been identified and quoted, we will need a formal purchase order to initiate the next steps. We will share an order acknowledgment that will have details on the estimated delivery time.
